Recruitment Methods

Database search
As a consultancy specialising in market research recruitment, we have a broad selection of candidates on our database, who are interested in looking at career opportunities. After we have briefed suitable candidates on a vacancy, and they have elected to be put forward, their CVs are passed to the client.

The strength of this service is that it is FREE until a candidate commences employment with you. The fee is 20% of the starting salary and there is a guarantee (details are in the terms of business).

Advertised assignment
An advertised assignment offers an effective alternative to the database search for more difficult to fill vacancies and to find high quality candidates who are not actively looking for new jobs. We make the process easy for you, as we organise all administration and production. Once you have agreed to an assignment, we will submit a media schedule to you, with costs. We will prepare media copy for your approval and book advertising space. We handle all advertising response, select candidates for the initial shortlist and interview them before their details are passed on to you. We will arrange subsequent interviews and communicate feedback from both client and candidate until candidates are appointed. Details of the fee structure are stated in the terms of business and there is a guarantee.

Headhunting
Headhunting is an ideal method of recruiting very senior people or candidates with specific experience. Again, the process is simple as all administration and research is done for you. Once we have agreed the brief, all initial approaches, screening and interview arrangements are made and the greatest care will be taken to minimise time wasting. Details of the fees are stated in the terms of business and are structured to ensure a degree of commitment from candidates. There is also a guarantee.

Introductions
An introduction will be considered to have taken place when CSA Recruitment sends a candidate's CV to your company, whether in response to a specific brief, or on a speculative basis. An introduction will be considered to have taken place, whether or not the candidate is previously known to anyone in your company.

We will send CV's to the appropriate 'point of contact ' that you have nominated for candidate submissions. An introduction will then be considered to have taken place to the whole company or company group.

If a candidate's details have been received from more than one source, then CSA Recruitment will be considered to have effected the introduction when they were the first to submit the CV to you.

Full placement fees are payable for candidates employed within 12 months of an introduction by CSA Recruitment.
