Our candidates are our most important assets. Our role, as we see it, is to give you honest advice and guidance to help you find the right job - not just any job - one which will enhance your career in market research. We will support you through the whole process, right up to the point when you start your new job.

When you contact us, we will spend time with you finding out about your experience to date and future career aspirations. Ideally this will be a face-to-face meeting, which is the most effective way to establish what you want to do next and to discuss the most relevant market research jobs that we have on our books. It is also an ideal way of getting to know each other better and of making you feel supported in your search for a new job.

We will submit your CV to those companies that you are interested in and will arrange interviews to fit in with your commitments. We believe that it is important for you to know the company's perspective on how the interview went - you could learn a lot about yourself: we will de-brief you after each interview, as fully as possible. When you are offered a role which you accept, we will guide you on remuneration, how to leave your old company and on joining the new one.

We won’t put you forward for jobs that your experience is not appropriate for or that you simply are not interested in. We will always fully discuss roles with you (and obtain your permission) before submitting your CV to our clients. We will make sure that you are confident that you know as much as possible about the position and the company before you attend an interview.

We will treat all information about you in the strictest confidence and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information about you is only passed on to clients with your approval.
