Because we are a small, specialist business, we don't work at our best with quota driven recruitment models. Being measured on numbers of CV submissions and conversion rates, compromises the ability to deliver the personal service we feel is so important and for clients to take full advantage of our expertise in market research. The maintenance of professional levels of recruitment relies heavily in relationship building and trust, so we never cold call our clients' employees to populate our candidate database or headhunt them for other clients.  

 

We offer several kinds of recruitment services. The most commonly used is contingency or database recruitment which is usually an effective method for clients to find the right candidates to fill their roles. However, if the role is very senior or you need very specific or specialist experience, there are a number of executive search or assignment driven services we can offer.
